Style: Fermented & matured in oak (90% neutral), partial ML, one year elevage, round texture but retaining substantial acidity and minerality.
Viticulture: From the Petaluma Gap sub ACA that embraces the cooling effects of ocean breeze. The extended growing season allows grapes to ripen gradually to attain full complexity.
